I ran right out to Target to get the leap tag reading system. In my store it's 39.99. Where did she find this price? At Toys R Us and at Meijer it is also 39.99. They would not give me the price but, I do have 90 days to find it cheaper and get my money. Still a good deal at 19.99 but better deal at 8.99. Esp since I bought two because, my boys will not share.

A heads up would be great!

One sale item she missed is the Tonka Bounce Back Racer
It is on priced for $33.99. With the coupon at target it is $23.99. At Toys R Us (from their Big Book) the car is on sale for $29.99. So take your ad in with you and get it for $19.99. $4 more in your pocket! My boys loves this car! It is awesome.

My Target says they don't accept any internet coupons anymore...Albertsons also told me the same thing. I have spent time shopping and when I get to checkout they tell me. Both are in the So Cal area. I am a college student who has just started couponing and I kind of want to give up on all of it.

Print it out and take it with you. Ask to speak to a manager. Nowhere does it say that the store has the right to choose to accept or deny what coupons they will take.

Also, click through to check out their pricing policy. If you are buying Christmas gifts and see it cheaper at Target or at another store. Take your receipt in and get it for the lower price! You have 90 days!

I found the same thing with the price of the leap tag reading system. I think what happened was they listed the price for the tag junior system which is 28.99 and then applied the 2 $10 coupons except that the manufacturer coupon for the junior system is only for $5 dollars, I believe...which means you can't really get either one for $8.99. I bought the older child tag system anyway...figured $19.99 was a pretty good price.
